CAN YOU TELL US MORE ABOUT PEACEFUL MIND?

I was born in Turkey. My life has always been and will always be music. It’s about a way of life. As a child I was always involved with music. I started making my own tracks before I got into production and I was a pretty keen piano player.

I am a dedicated progressive music lover but I have always listened to a wide range of music. I have started to see more activity happening and the international community getting involved in charitable events and fundraising activities. Now I have an exclusive monthly radio show for InsomniaFm, AdrenalinFm, YesFm and I also do a guest show.

WHAT IS YOUR CONNECTION TO IBIZA?

Wow, so many things! Ibiza is very important when it comes to the development of dance music.

WHERE DO YOU GUYS GET YOUR INSPIRATION FROM?

Life of course is miraculous and amazing and one of the things that has driven me in music. I can enjoy the silence and only hear the sounds of nature. It empties my head and that’s what you need sometimes. Architecture and art are inspirations to me and it has a lot to do with how I feel. I feel most inspired when I’m happy and when I’m able to find some inner peace.

WHAT IS THE GIG THAT YOU WILL NEVER FORGET?

It was back in the summer of 2007 with Eddie Halliwell in Beach Club Marmaris in Turkey. 

YOU ARE VERY GOOD AT USING SOCIAL MEDIA FOR YOUR PROMOTION. CAN YOU GIVE SOME HELPFUL TIPS ABOUT THAT? 

Thanks,this is very true; I have always had a strong connection with my fans. Social media is very important for me. I am working with Karia Productions and the Activate PR team. I feel I’m in the best possible hands.

WHEN ARE YOU PLANNING TO PLAY IN A CLUB IN IBIZA?

One, which really inspires me, is our partnership with Karia Productions all over the world. We are teaming up to create ‘Adventure Party People’ and will be running our first global tour in 2013.

WHAT TIPS CAN YOU GIVE TO YOUNG TALENTED DJS?

Learn to love all kinds of music! I have always listened to a wide range of music, taking influences from different styles. The role of the DJ hasn’t changed, but the ability to access an audience has. Now all you need to be a player is talent, time and luck.
